These terms cover using superloud, run by Adee Labs. Using it means you accept them.
You can use superloud to make videos for your products and publish them to social accounts you own or manage. You're responsible for what you publish and for following each platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service when you connect YouTube.
What you add and what superloud makes for you stays yours. You let superloud process it, and post it to the accounts you connect, only to provide the service. You can disconnect an account or ask for your data to be deleted at any time, as the privacy policy describes.
superloud is provided as it is, without warranties. It can change, pause or stop, and a scheduled post can miss its time when superloud or a platform is unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Adee Labsisn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
You can stop using superloud whenever you like. Access can be suspended for abuse, such as posting to accounts that aren't yours.
